Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Scrape2Sheets Google Workspace Add-on and website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service & Accuracy

Scrape2Sheets utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract structured data from unstructured documents. Due to the probabilistic nature of AI:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted data.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data appended to your spreadsheets before using it for accounting, tax, legal, or other critical purposes.

3. Fair Use & Rate Limits

To ensure stability for all users, the Service enforces specific limits based on your subscription tier:

• Document size must not exceed 10MB per upload.
• Usage is billed per page. Each page in a PDF consumes one page from your monthly allowance; JPG and PNG images each count as one page.
• Free accounts receive 5 lifetime pages. Paid plans include monthly page allotments as described on our pricing page (Starter: 250 pages; Pro: 750 pages; Ultra: 1,750 pages).
• You may process up to 100 documents per batch.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRAPE2SHEETS, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
