While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information includes Your email address.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Uploaded Document Data
When You use the Service to extract data from PDFs, images, or other documents, the file content is processed only to perform the extraction You request. We do not store your original files: uploaded document bytes are never written to persistent storage and exist only transiently in memory during processing. The structured data extracted from your documents is stored temporarily in your account so we can deliver your results, and is automatically deleted within 30 days. We do not use the content of your documents for any purpose other than providing the requested extraction service.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (beacons, tags, and scripts) to track activity on Our Service and store certain information to improve and analyze Our Service.
- Necessary / Essential Cookies (Session): Administered by Us. These Cookies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features. They help to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts.
- Cookies Policy / Notice Acceptance Cookies (Persistent): Administered by Us. These Cookies identify if users have accepted the use of cookies on the Website.

3. Google Workspace APIs Usage & Compliance
When you use our Service in conjunction with Google Workspace (including Google Sheets), we maintain strict data handling practices that adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:
- We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The third-party AI service that performs extraction does not use your content to train its models.
- Data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used strictly for the specific purpose of providing the document extraction service you request.
- Access to Google Workspace data is limited to the specific functions you invoke: writing extracted data to the Google Sheet you currently have open, and accessing only the specific files you choose to select from Google Drive.
- We maintain strict data isolation and do not combine or cross-reference your Google Workspace data with other users' data.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Retention & Deletion of Your Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Uploaded Files: Never stored. Original document bytes are processed in memory and are never written to persistent storage.
- Extracted Document Data: The structured data extracted from your documents is stored temporarily so we can deliver your results, and is automatically deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- Account & Schema Data: Your email, account configuration, and saved extraction schemas are retained in your account for your convenience and future reuse. We retain this data until you choose to modify or delete it. If you close your account, all associated data is deleted from our systems.
- Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to delete, or request that We assist in deleting, the Personal Data We have collected about You. You can exercise this right by contacting us at support@scrape2sheets.com.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party services to operate Scrape2Sheets safely:
- Payment Processing: A PCI-compliant payment provider handles subscription and payment processing. Financial data is handled natively by that provider; we never store your full credit card details.
- Cloud Infrastructure: A cloud provider hosts our backend database and application logic.
- AI Processing: A third-party AI service performs the document extraction. Your content is processed solely to generate your results and is not used to train the provider's models.
6. User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
